At our Parks & Resorts, our Team Members are the front lines of insuring guest satisfaction. Without our Team Members our Parks & Resorts will not be able to function properly. Occupations:

 

Security Officer 

As a Security Officer, you are in charge of keeping guest safety and peace. You must protect our parks & resorts from any harm such as hacks, verbal abuse, and online bullying. 

+With this job you are allowed to move freely around the park wearing the appropiate security uniform.

+What to do: Walk around our parks/resorts to make sure no guest is breaking the Guest Code of Conduct. 

 

Guest Relations

As Guest Relations personell, you are required in making sure are guests have the best experience to our destinations. You must have great knowledge of the resort such as, directions & what is open/closed. 

+This job required you to be located in a Guest Relations/Concierge or ticket booth and wear the appropiate uniform.

+What to do: Provide information to guests and help sell them the best ticket for their convience. 

 

Attraction Attendant

As an Attraction Attendant, you make the fun even better for our guests. You get to work on the amazing attractions by making sure operations of the attraction goes smoothly as possible. 

+With this job you are required to work on any attraction, as long as you are wearing the appropiate themed uniform of the attraction. You are also limited to the jobs you can do on an attraction (listed below).

+What to do: You can stand in front of the attraction's entry/queue to make sure guests enter the correct light or you may work at the station as an 'grouper' in which you tell guests what row to go to. You can even work at a show by making sure guests do not try to enter the stage or disrupt the operation of a show. OPERATING THE ATTRACTION IS NOT AN OPTION.

 

Food & Merchandise

Working in Food & Merchandise, you are able to work at one of Universal's in-park restaurants (CityWalk is operated by Venue owners), or work at one of many shops that allow guest to take 'home' a souvenier. 

+This job requires you to work at a restaurant or store, making sure that the guests have something else to do rather than just attractions.

+What to do: Serve guests at a restaurant or help sell merchandise at a store. Make sure you wear the appropriate uniform to the restaurants/store theme.
